Assisted CH2 to develop a best practice warehouse/as part of the move to a new location, the project included the introduction of WMS. Completed Slotting assignment using XLS and Access approach.
Led the consulting team which designed the API Camellia Distribution Centre and assisted with the procurement of an A Frame, Pick to Voice and Integrated Conveyors. Prior to the move there were 242 FTE and 132 at the new site. Won Comino Trophy 2003.
